Chemistry is the movie based on friendship among five young girls.This film has got thriller as its genre, five girls studying in same school and also good friends who always love to make fun and were enjoying their life very much. One sudden morning three girls among the five are found dead, there starts the mystery of story.. Even the remaining two friends don’t know the reason behind the death of their friends.filmsSaranya Mohan and Silpa Bala are playing the roles of heroines, they are the two girls surviving and moving through the story.When three girls are found dead in a classroom, their boy friends are arrested by the local police, reason being that their snaps were found in the girls’ mobile phone. The following academic year, things go topsy turvy as a fresher in the school (Saranya) puts up a spooky act, after becoming pally with one of the dead spirits.The movie is remotely based on a real life event, of the death of three plus-One students, which happened a few months back in central Kerala. But here the students are placed in a convent school, Mount Academy School, where they are found dead inside the laboratory, attempting to drink poison. SP Sreekanth (Mukesh), who is in charge of the investigation goes through the proceedings, but in the next session also enroll his niece Parvathi (Saranya Mohan) in the same school. The girl brought up in the US, shares the hostel room where one of the dead girl was in. And she starts behaving oddly as the ghost of the dead girl ‘Gowry’ (Shilpa Bala)’gets into the body of Parvathi to solve the murder mystery and to take vengeance.‘"Chemistry".Telling a story about the strong bonding between five girls,this campus based movie will be produced by Vaishanavi creations. The director is presently busy with the casting of the lead characters and he has already fixed upon Sharanya Mohan and Shilpabala to don the two among these five.The movie to be cinematographed by Sanjeev Shankar will start rolling by the mid of July.Viju Thampi’s latest release was Prithviraj-Indrajith starrer "Nammal Thammil"- a movie which was resting in the cans for long five years.The movie , with an outdated plot could not draw big initials ,as expected
















Akarsh and Midhun are heroes but their roles are not so dominating like the girls. Krishnavijay, Devaki, Drisya are also playing leading roles in film. M.Jaya Chandran is composing music and Bichu Thirumala is doing with lyrics. Sanjeev Sankar is doing cinematography.This film is a hollow exercise in frustration. The constant running around and screaming unfortunately doesn’t make a good horror film. Neither does rolling of the eyes and panic attacks. I wish it at least had a whiff of mystery instead.
